I’m Wilma Martin, the Editor in Chief here at Eco Globe.

I first became passionate about all things ecology when I was studying biology in college. The way everything all links together is fascinating to me, and I developed a renewed interest in and appreciate for science.

I ended up getting my degree in journalism, and that experience has served me well here at Eco Lab where we write about some many diverse topics.

In fact, one of my favorite things about Eco Globe is the diversity of our content. Whether you’re here to learn about studying ecology, wondering about the state of minimum wage in America, or looking for the best and safest neti pots, we’ve got you covered.

We are genuinely passionate about all of the topics we cover, and hope you enjoy reading them as much as our team enjoys researching and writing them.

Fun fact about me: I collect Fisher Price toys and still have all of the ones I played with as a child.

​Sandy ConnersCommunications Manager

I’m Sandy, the Communications Manager for Eco Globe. I grew up near the Okefenokee Swamp in South Georgia, so I have a huge appreciation for all things nature and ecology.

Understanding the delicate balance of the swamp is something I’ll never forget learning about when I was doing a work-study in college. People see the swamp and take for granted that it will always be there, but it’s more fragile than people realize and its ecosystem is vital for many species of plants and animals. No matter where I roam, the swamp will always be my first love.

After I got my business and communications degree, I came to work here at Eco Globe. I love all of the different topics we cover, and it’s a lot of fun working with people in the community. We have an excellent team of people who work hard to deliver vital and engaging content every day.

Fun fact about me: I’m a fraternal twin and my brother loves the swamp as much as I do.

Ingrid HodgePublic Relations Manager

I’m Ingrid Hodge, the Public Relations Manager at Eco Globe. I always say that I have my dream job. I am paid to read about ecological topics and answer questions from our readers. A perfect gig for me.

I grew up in the mountains in Colorado, so I’m a huge nature lover. Every chance I get, I head home to ski and hike, and my parents and siblings still live there.

I studied communications in college and it’s fun to put that degree to use in a field I love, like ecology.

Fun fact about me: I was born in Canada to American parents when they were there on vacation. Yes, I came a couple of weeks early, so I get to call myself Canadian!

​Terra DensonSocial Media Manager

My name is Terra Denson, and I manage social media here at Eco Globe.

I was an early adopter of social media. My friends and I lived in MySpace when it first came out, so the transition to Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, and more was only natural. Yes, I kept Tom on my friends list and as far as I know he’s still on there!

I managed the social media accounts for my college sorority and fell in love with the role of social media manager. Doing that for a living here at Eco Globe was a dream come true for me.

I love that we are a team that cares enormously about the environment and the safety of products. We are a diverse team with diverse interests and it’s great to work with these excellent human beings.

Fun fact about me: I love British TV, and watch murder mysteries every chance I get!
