Eco Globe assist the client in directing development away from sensitive areas, thus avoiding impacts and minimizing costs. When impacts cannot be avoided, we develop feasible mitigation measures, working closely with our clients and regulatory agencies.
Eco Globe’s extensive and diverse expertise is utilized to help clients develop and implement Management Plans for Nature Reserves as well as Resource Conservation Plans. Examples include the Point Sal Reserve Management Plan, the Burton Mesa Land Management Plan, Valleyheart Gardens Conservation Plan, and the Acquisition and Conservation Plans for Rancho Dos Vistas and El Capitan Ranch
Eco Globe develops habitat restoration plans and manages their implementation. Our work is based on more than 20 years of experience with large scale vegetation efforts. We are highly experienced in the planning and implementation of restoration of oak woodlands, native grasslands, wetlands, and riparian corridors, and other habitats.
Our methods include: careful examination of similar sites, historical research, study of soils, hydrology, geologic formations, and botanical and wildlife surveys. We use these elements to plan for the restoration of hydro-logic conditions, removal of weeds, and revegetation with natives.
Eco Globe provides construction monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory conditions. Our expert construction monitors are highly respected as being some of the best in the business – being knowledgeable of sensitive species, and having nearly two decades of experience in working collaboratively with construction crews to protect important habitat areas and sensitive species while seeking to avoid costly delays in the construction schedule. Regulatory agencies trust our integrity and our commitment to environmental protection and knowledge of endangered species. Development companies are appreciative of our punctuality, our forthright and direct communication, and our ability to be creative and flexible toward meeting and implementing project goals.
